Individual and organizational coaching

My expertise is grounded in a university degree in psychology, a three-year Life Coaching and Counseling and Systemic Business Coaching training in Vienna, my current residence. My education combined with a 20-year career in journalism as an editor and columnist, as well as my experience as life and business coach, positions me to offer valuable support in three key areas:

• Media Coaching

In my role as the Chief Editor of economic news, I led journalist teams, developing mentorship and coaching skills. This experience gained a clear structure through my Systemic Business Coaching Training, focusing on organizational development and support for decision-makers. Inspirational Leadership became my primary focus.

My life journey, coupled with education in life coaching, uniquely qualifies me to guide individuals and organizations towards well-being, personal resilience, and building resilient teams by strengthening personal resources.

In Media Training, as a public person, a former debate show author, and editor-in-chief of Business News, my main focus is supporting leaders, managers, CEOs, and politicians in enhancing their brand, public speaking skills, speech writing, and public communication.
